An informal space for neurodivergent adults to connect and chat about everyday life. This is a relaxed peer discussion group, not therapy.

The group will mainly be on WhatsApp, with the possibility of occasional casual meetups.

Open to diagnosed or self-identified neurodivergent adults who would like a low-pressure space to share experiences, interests, and conversation.
