  • Paid listings are subject to fees as outlined in our pricing plans.
  • All payments are processed securely through Yoco.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once a listing is approved and published.
  • Failure to renew a paid listing may result in removal from the directory.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of any wellness service listed.
  • The Wellness Directory is an informational platform only and does not provide medical or health advice.
  • We are not liable for any disputes or damages arising from transactions between users and listed service providers.

6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users:

  • Violate these Terms & Conditions.
  • Post fraudulent, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Engage in abusive behavior towards other users or our team.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website, including logos, text, and images, is owned by The Wellness Directory unless otherwise stated.

To list your wellness service on The Wellness directory, visit our "List Your Business" page from the main navigation. Fill out the registration form with your qualifications and service details, then submit for review. Our team typically approves listings within 24-48 hours.
Basic listings are free and include your profile, contact information, and photos. Premium listings offer enhanced visibility, featured placement, and additional marketing tools to help grow your practice.
Requirements vary by service type. Generally, we require relevant certifications, insurance, and professional references. Specific requirements are detailed in our Provider Guidelines available during registration.
Complete your profile with professional photos, detailed service descriptions, and encourage satisfied clients to leave reviews. Premium members get additional marketing support and featured placement.
