1. Overview
The Wellness Directory (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers paid listing services for wellness practitioners and businesses. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations related to paid directory listings on www.thewellness.co.za (“Website”). By purchasing a listing, you agree to the terms below.

2. Subscription & Payment Terms

  • Paid listings are active for a period of 365 days (1 year) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments for listings are processed securely through Yoco.
  • Listings will only be published upon successful payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your paid listing at any time by contacting us at directory@thewellness.co.za.
  • Cancellations do not automatically qualify for a refund (see Refund Policy below).
  • If a listing is canceled before its expiration date, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise requested.

4. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: If a cancellation request is made within 7 days of the listing purchase, provided the listing has not been published yet.
  • Partial Refund: If a cancellation request is made within 30 days of purchase, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion based on the time the listing has been active.
  • No Refund: After 30 days, no refunds will be issued, regardless of listing usage.

5. Denied Listings

  • If your listing is rejected due to non-compliance with our directory guidelines, a full refund will be issued.
  • If your listing is removed due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, no refund will be provided.

6. Auto-Renewals & Subscription Changes

  • If auto-renewals are enabled, you will receive a reminder email before renewal.
  • You may disable auto-renewals at any time from your account settings.
  • If payment for renewal fails, your listing will be temporarily suspended until payment is completed.

7. Processing Time for Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
